10/17 Quest: 6th Fire Q#3

Take 2 mins to just breath. Feel your feet, feel your hands, your head, your torso. After breathing into your body’s fullness, begin to move in a way that feels victorious. Find a motion to repeat with your body that fills you with a sense of victory, and repeat it over and over again for another 2 minutes. Then just breath.
