4th Air Q3: Quest

Find four places in your body that feel like pillars of balance.

Perhaps they are your two shoulder blades and your two knees, or you pubic bone, tale bone, forehead, and the top of your spine. The only “right” places are the places that feel right to you.

Explore these points of stabilization in whatever way feels best for you, for four minutes… 

bring your attention to them

breath into them

ask a friend/lover/partner to touch them and request the pressure and type of touch you desire

Now take four minutes to share about this experience, expressing through sound, movement, poetry, video, photograph, or whatever form inspires you in the moment. Post in your social media networks, and in our CLN creation space
