Let’s leap into our Soma, taking deep relaxing breaths along the way; we travel from the red root wheel to the violet crown wheel and back down through the Indigo third eye wheel, caressing the blue throat wheel, massaging the green heart wheel, expanding and contracting the yellow solar plexus wheel and dancing with the orange sacral wheel. This is your somatic map for time travel with all those spinning wheels.
