NewMoon14 – 1st Multiverse – Nurtured Universe Q4: Quest

On this day of balanced hours of day and night, we offer this practice in celebration of the Equinox:

  • Get your body into a comfortable position.
  • Take a few deep breaths.
  • Close your eyes or soften your gaze.
  • Allow your attention to go to the first place your in body where you notice a sensation, a sensation that is easy to locate and easy to describe.
  • Take another set of deep breaths and bring your awareness back to your entire body.
  • Now take the time to locate a sensation in your body that is more subtle, a little harder to find or describe, but you still know it’s there..perhaps it is even a little elusive, or shifting. Stay with the sensation as best you can.
  • Take another set of deep breaths and bring your awareness back to your entire body.
  • Finally, bring your attention once again to the two sensations you identified.
  • Breath into your connection with the universe of gratitude around and within you.
  • Now, can you breath deep gratitude into both places in your that you identified earlier and then spread that gratitude throughout your whole body, into your blood, bones, breath, and every cell.
