Some say one benefit to the hardship of a natural birth is that it allows the newborns lungs to begin life having developed capacity in the most beneficial manner. Suffering, stress, hardship, pain, pushing is the first thing we experience, transitioning from Celestial Water Baby to Earthborn Air Baby…now scream. Notice the force moving through your lungs past the throat and out the mouth…cry baby, cry.
