Count your breaths…

noticing the inhalation and exhalation with each cycle.

10 breaths is the mark, can you keep your attention on the breath for that long?

If you lose focus, just start again. 10 breaths, noticing the inhalation and exhalation, and if you lose focus, you know what to do…start again.

Shh, we can’t hear it, but they are counting.
