Bow your head, kneel to the ground, touch the earth, praise the agreement that leaves you indebted and belonging now, and bound to freedom once you have touched and been touched enough. Prepare to give that body back when the time comes, by giving of it now in each exchange, give to where the body comes from — yours and all of ’em. Be honest with your self — give all your desires, fears, super powers, and all your kryptonites — they are all gifts — wield them earnestly holding nothing back, and know the freedom you will find when you have nothing left that needs giving. This indebted belonging and this freedom exist in each offered and received moment.
