you ever seen a cartoon or old movie where a character suddenly has a lil’ angel on one shoulder and a lil’ devil on the other and the two are competing for influence? They are often both a bit minipulative and sometimes slightly sassy…and even a little anoying.
These comparing creatures usually show up in moments of inner turmoil, when the character whose shoulders they appear in is struggling to make a decision…and usually, one wins over the other and the other goes POOF & just disappears.
this is a very dichotomous debate, and one perspective gets repressed.
