Think of 1 or 8 things happening in the world right now, that cause you stress or distress. Just for today, if those topics arise acknowledge the thought, breathe in love and trust, and do an 8 second meditation briefly on the best possible creative alternative to that worldly problem, then release the distress and release the alternative.
