Master Linji once said, “if you ever meet the Buddha, kill him.” you think you have a correct image of what it means to be Enlightened, kill it, throw it out, the killing and the Buddha are symbolic, Zen Zombie, Whatever your conception is of the Buddha, it’s WRONG!
Now kill that Buddha and keep practicing.
Reality is impermanent and illusory.
kill that reality and keep sitting in the fire.
“The Tao that can be named is not the eternal Tao.”
Kill that Tao, and keep creating.
