A meta practice while sitting in the fire
I am creative, inspired, powerful, charismatic and audaciously free. Warmth and enthusiasm flow easily from me, held with tenderness and deep insight. Shifts of energy are present in my body and obstructions are swept away. I choose the path that calls, take action, solve problems and am humble with whatever comes. All of life is a tool, I pay attention to what is happening around, because insight comes from strange places; the signs are there, I follow them with care and fervor. When the next step is known, I take it, because insight is flowing rapidly. I am inspired, I am delighted, and I dare to do-now.
