I used to want to get arrested for my freedom, until my family members disappeared into prisons for decades to wear chains
I thought about being a politician but I would be asked to wear a suit and debate the issues that affect the people I love
I am a dreamer waking into the true source of my power
I’m a magician spelling out change onto the parchment of our fragile reality

I am a Magnet that the grandmothers and mothers and children of this nation sing to as an ensemble when beginning to shine forth a justice no longer distracted by the terrorism displayed by media and governments
It is time to be changed and we are no longer afraid of some enemy 10,000 miles away when our neighbors are terrorizing themselves
my spells bring forth a sight that allows us to see the local close tangible ways that we are terrorized every day by those sworn to protect us
by those Who say they are here to bring peace
our sight is changing slowly like a trickle becoming the flood
