Having tapped into that somatic, emotional and intellectual sense bring to mind yourself or a person who most invites the feeling of pure unconditional loving kindness…
Starting with yourself, say, may my masculine and feminine energies be in balance, may I know safety and love, may I be celebrated, may I be happy, may I be healthy, may I be wealthy, may I be free.
Then, a dear friend, a neutral person, someone you are having difficulty with and all beings….
