Today, the quell is for the differently dynamic parts of you. Make some sort of list on paper, in poem, in song, in mural, in a set of body movements, etc… that reflects some of your paradoxical selves. Name the parts of you that have struggled to exist together.
i.e.
“I want complete freedom of movement and choice all the time / I want deep committed relationships, livelihood, and creative projects”
When you have your list, just practice admitting that both exist within you, notice the sensations in your body connected to each aspect and connected to both aspects sharing your awareness in the same moment. With dutiful conduct and loyalty to both of these parts of you, welcome them home as they are in you and your life right now and this welcome quell any notion that this town isn’t big enough for the both of them. 😉
