7th Air — Q6

“I am on a clear path; I remember why and for whom I create.”

“Pray about everything, worry about nothing.”

CLN!!! There are so many ways we are powerless, and so many things we can’t change; maybe it’s time we wise up when it comes to futile action. Here are 3 of 13 human realities and 1 note that calls in an acceptance of futility and uncertainty.

13. Life is stupid short, and crazy long, take account of your responsibilities, do what you love, what excites, impassions and provokes, stay true to yourself, cause many people don’t care what you do, compassionate and creative, get it while you can and don’t chase shadows…most of what you think you know will be proven wrong. Let go and let it flow. Lower the bar, do your best, accept what is and maybe we will see each other in the next iteration of this play called life.

Here is a Clarifying Love Note: the above is real and companionship & means of communication are potentially two of the realist human realities that accentuates our futility. Companionship in the form of physical affection is vital, a lack of touch can actually kill babies, babies who are not held, nuzzled, hugged, kissed, rocked will literally stop growing and-if the situation lasts long enough, even if they are receiving proper nutrition—will die. Being alone and having no one with whom to share your life might not kill you as quickly as hunger or dehydration but it will eventually erode your will to survive. Also, if you isolate yourself from any way to communicate with the outside world — your survival will be limited. To feel like we belong and are connected to others and can call out help through rough times is critical. We at different point need to be able to call out to those who will help, whether through a cry, a scream, a text, or a letter; we need people whom we can communicate with to survive.

CLN!!! Call Someone Friend!
